I have six years' experience in the health & fitness sector. Over time I refined my approach to reliably adapt programs for different people and goals. My work emphasis's building a robust foundation — improving movement quality, reducing risk of re-injury and creating sustainable routines that fit daily life.

Personal training

One-to-one sessions rooted in strength & conditioning. Sessions priorities strengthening weak links, improving movement and progressing toward goals such as fat loss, muscle gain or skill development. Tools include barbells, kettlebells, TRX and bodyweight work.

Soft tissue therapy (ISRM)

Hands-on treatments to reduce pain, improve recovery and support training. Approaches used include:

  • Deep tissue massage
  • Soft tissue release
  • Muscular energy techniques
  • Positional release

Therapy aims to decrease inflammation and nervous system overactivity, realign soft tissues and then follow up with corrective work to improve stability and resilience.

Corrective exercise

Individualised corrective plans that can slot into your existing routine to address mobility, stability and faulty movement patterns.

  • Thorough assessment using therapy, corrective and S&C tests
  • Clear, practical plans you can follow between sessions

Mobility-focused class using corrective exercises to unlock overactive muscles, strengthen underactive ones and integrate stability. Available at Newmarket Leisure Centre: Wednesdays 18:45 - 19:45 £10 per session.
